Bitcoin Just Smashed Through $109K… So, What's Next?

šŸ”„ All-Time High, But Not All-Time Hype?

Bitcoin’s on an absolute tear, casually smashing through its previous ATH and printing a new record high of $111,880. But here’s the twist: veteran traders are playing it surprisingly cool.

Peter Brandt, seasoned crypto legend, barely raised an eyebrow, pointing out that during bull markets, ATHs are about as common as degens getting rekt on memecoins.

His prediction? Bitcoin’s run isn’t done yet—he’s looking at a sweet spot between $125,000 to $150,000 by August.

But why stop there? Analyst Titan of Crypto pulled out the Fibonacci crystal ball and set his sights even higher.

He’s got Bitcoin pegged for around $135K this year, banking on the trusty 1.618 Fib extension - also known as the trader’s "moon level."

Not enough hopium yet?

Enter Gert van Lagen, the megaphone-pattern prophet.

His charts hint that Bitcoin is primed for a face-melting $320K target. Sure, it sounds wild, but this is crypto—where wild is just another Tuesday.

Bitcoin’s megaphone pattern

Yet, amidst the euphoria, a cautionary tale emerges.

Alphractal CEO João Wedson warns degens not to get cocky.

He spotted significant leverage piling up on Bitcoin futures, which might make overzealous bulls easy targets for liquidations.

In short: stay bullish, but keep your stop-loss handy.

šŸ“ˆ ETH Wants In on the Party (Badly)

Bitcoin might be stealing headlines, but Ethereum isn’t quietly sitting on the sidelines—it’s plotting its own breakout story.

ETH’s on-chain activity has exploded lately, and if you've noticed gas fees making your wallet cry, you're not alone.

Transaction fees are now at their highest in three months, signaling that network demand is skyrocketing.

Meanwhile, Ethereum’s Total Value Locked (TVL) surged from $45 billion to $65 billion in just one month — shades of 2021 DeFi summer vibes, anyone?

This action gave birth to a beautiful bull flag pattern on the daily charts, suggesting ETH could break out toward a lofty $4,000 target in the near term.

Crypto’s favorite Dutch analyst, Michael van de Poppe, advises bulls to hold the line at $2,400.

If ETH stays strong above that key level, we could quickly see prices catapult toward $3,500 and beyond.

In other words, buckle up: Ethereum’s tired of Bitcoin hogging the limelight and is coming for its own parade—high gas fees and all.

šŸæ CZ's Crypto Drama: Binance CEO Battles WSJ FUD

It wouldn’t be crypto without some spicy drama, and Binance’s ex-CEO, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), is serving up a fresh helping.

The Wall Street Journal recently published a spicy piece claiming CZ acted as a sort of crypto "fixer" for Trump’s crypto project, World Liberty Financial (WLF), allegedly facilitating overseas introductions.

CZ didn't just deny the claims, he outright dismissed the entire story as a "hit piece," stuffed with inaccuracies and unfair assumptions.

He clarified on X (formerly Twitter) that he only briefly met with certain officials, strongly denying claims he acted as a middleman between WLF and foreign governments.

Crypto Twitter went wild, popcorn gifs and conspiracy theories abounded, but CZ remained unfazed.

His message?

Don’t trust everything you read in the media, especially when it involves high-level crypto politics.

Is this pure WSJ FUD, or is there fire beneath the smoke? Either way, keep an eye on this one, degens—CZ never lets the drama get dull.
